Bernadette Pajer can trace the beginnings of her writing career to a chance meeting with Jonathan Livingston Seagull author Richard Bach, who told her, when she mentioned she was thinking of becoming a writer, “My dear, don’t think. Do. Writer’s write.” Which is just what she did. A Spark of Death is her first novel.
