An Interview with Armistead Maupin

Armistead Maupin is the author of the hugely popular Tales of the City novels. Begun in 1975 as a weekly column in San Francisco, this continuing story has been told through eight novels, a television mini series, and a soon-to-be-produced musical. He lives in San Francisco with his husband.
