An interview with Elisabeth Hyde

Elisabeth Hyde began her career as a lawyer, but was quickly bit by the writing bug. After stints at Breadloaf where she studies with John Irving and John Gardener, she left the law to pursue novel writing. Her breakout novel, The Abortionist’s Daughter, was a bestseller in the UK. In The Heart of the Canyon is her fifth novel.
